Offices and public spaces are cleaned nightly by members of NIU's Building Services crew. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding building maintenance, contact cobtech@niu.edu.
Please note that building services workers are forbidden to unlock rooms for you. If you accidentally lock yourself out of your office after normal hours, contact Public Safety at 753-1212 for assistance.
All keys for the building are centrally managed and distributed by the Dean's Office, room 139. NIU's key control will not process key requests from any department or individual directly. All locks for the building are patented and therefore cannot be duplicated by any outside key maker.
