The Department of Marketing Internship Program provides the opportunity for students to gain valuable business experience outside the classroom with top employers in the Northern Illinois Area.

As an intern, you can be paid while gaining valuable benefits such as acquiring business experience before full-time employment; exploring career direction; applying classroom theory to real-world situations; building networking skills useful after graduation; and obtaining up to six hours of elective academic credit.

Students who are interested in receiving academic credit for their internship must meet the Academic Advisor and Internship Coordinator and complete a Marketing Internship credit application. Learn the details about our program in the Internship Handbook.
