Dr. Mark Rosenbaum joined the Northern Illinois University College of Business in 2006. Dr. Rosenbaum teaches principles of marketing, services marketing, and marketing research to undergraduate and Executive MBA students. His research has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Service Research, Journal of Services Marketing, and the Journal of Business Research and he has presented his research at numerous American and international conferences. Dr. Rosenbaum has extensive industry experience in retailing and he continues to work with social marketing issues in developing nations. Dr. Rosenbaum received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
