Develop defined target list for membership then approach target list with personal invitation to join. Record feedback and establish tracking system to follow-up. Plan 2-4 informal events per year to connect with fellow members (and invite guests), focusing on member retention. Place calls to members prior to membership events.
Develop and implement PR campaign to increase exposure of NIU Executive to Chicago Business Community and NIU Alumni.
Build network in high schools to raise awareness of NIU Executive Club Scholarship Program. Build list of ranked high school students. Interview and select scholarship winners. Build bank of scholarship opportunities and match with each scholar. (more info...)
