The 8th Annual NIU Executive Club Gala was our most successful fundraising event ever. It was an evening of fun, networking, and camaraderie. We are pleased to announce that we raised over $96,000 for our endowed scholarship fund at this year's event. More photos. . .
Monica Wallace, the recipient of the Executive Club's first scholarship, returned as a speaker at this year's event and shared some insight into how this scholarship program impacted her life. Since graduating from N.I.U. Monica attended law school at Iowa and recently accepted a position with a highly respected law firm in downtown Chicago.
In addition the Executive Club's 2006 scholarship recipient, Danielle Kahn, addressed the attendees. Danielle Kahn was selected as the 2006 NIU Executive Club Recipient based on her outstanding academic, extracurricular, and service qualifications. Danielle expressed her sincere appreciation to all of the members of the Executive Club who have made this scholarship program possible.
