Transportation from airport:
There are free shuttles available to take you to the Doubletree Club
Hotel, on Park Center Blvd. In the baggage claim area, look
for the bank of hotel telephones near the car rental area.
Make sure that you contact the Doubletree Hotel on Park Center. Taxis are available for approximately $10.
The airport is located 10-15 minutes from the hotel.
Conference Venue: The conference
sessions will be held at Boise State University, which is a short
distance from the hotel. Sessions will be held in the
Multi-Purpose Classroom Building. University vans (blue Boise
State University vans) will be available for transport to and from
the conference site for those who do not want to take the pleasant,
15-20 minute walk along the river.
Conference Registration: Early
conference check-in/registration will be available on Thursday
night, July 26, from 6-9 pm in the hotel lobby. Registration
on the remaining days will be at the conference site.
Meals: Breakfast coupons will be
distributed upon check-in at the hotel. These coupons can be
used for breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. Lunches on
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be provided. Dinner on
Friday will be held at an outdoor theatre and dinner on Saturday
will be held at an art museum. All of these meals are included
in the conference registration fee.
