Mark Rosenbaum, NIU Assistant Professor of Marketing and Fulbright Scholar, gives a two-day seminar on services marketing to be held in Macao and the Asia Pacific Region. Along with his extensive research in services marketing, Rosenbaum also consults on service marketing planning issues with Marie Stopes International in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar, and with a think-tank that works with P&G's consumer products division.
