In addition to completing an application form for the Graduate School at NIU, the E.M.B.A. Program requires a completed supplemental application (please note: the $40.00 application fee is to be submitted with the graduate school application form), documentation of financial resources, college transcript, letter of recommendation, and sponsor agreement.
