Students participate in a mandatory nine-day international study program. The trip is scheduled in May. The trip is structured to include a mix of company visits, government briefings, and/or university lectures delivered in the countries visited. 
This past May students traveled to Budapest Hungary and Vienna Austria. Company visits included GE Hungary, Pepsi Americas, The American Chamber, Greif Hungary, ITD Hungary, and the U.S. Embassy. The cost of the trip is included in the program fees.
Students in the Professional M.B.A. participate in a mandatory international experience.

Similar short-term study abroad opportunities are also available to students in the Evening M.B.A. program. Each program offers students opportunities to experience diverse cultures while learning about business practices in a global environment. Students may participate in the M.B.A.-approved study abroad program to satisfy one of the three electives required for the degree.
Past locations have included areas in Southeast Asia, Europe, and China with visits to Kyung Hee University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Coca Cola, McDonalds, AIG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pudong Development Bank, Hyundai and Samsung, Siemens and Invensys Building Systems, and Johnson & Johnson and Diebold.
