Degree Requirements

To graduate with a degree in Management, students must complete all courses in the Business Core and additional coursework in one of two emphases: Organizational Management (Emphasis 1) or Human Resource Management (Emphasis 2). Other Requirements for all Management Majors

  • Students must complete UBUS 310 with a grade of C or better.
  • A grade of C or better in each course required in the major and may not repeat more than two 300- or 400-level courses required in the major. Course required in the major include business core courses, required management courses, required emphasis courses, and required elective courses.
  • Meet all college and university requirements for the degree as stated in undergraduate catalog.
  • Students must have a minimum of 120 semester hours total and meet all requirements for the degree.
    • 90 hours must be non-management courses.
    • 60 hours must be non-College of Business courses
