All business majors must first complete the following prerequisite courses with a C or better and earn 60 semester hours (junior standing) before beginning courses in their major.

- ENGL 104 - Rhetoric and Composition II (or ENGL 105) (3)

- UBUS 100 - Career Compass. This course is optional for transfer students with 45 or more credit hours.
