Each spring semester, the OM&IS Department awards several scholarships to deserving undergraduate OM&IS majors who have shown their dedication to their field of interest through their work ethic and attitude, academic excellence, service to the community, and leadership skills. The scholarships are sponsored by OM&IS alumni and faculty as well as corporations with long-term interests in our department and students.
These scholarships are available to continuing OM&IS student who will enrolled at NIU as full-time students for the next academic year. The available scholarships are:
In order to be considered a candidate for an OM&IS scholarship, the OM&IS Scholarship Application must be completed and returned to the OM&IS Academic Advisor. This form is due the beginning of February.
Attendance at the OM&IS Awards Banquet is necessary to receive any OM&IS Scholarship.
