The purpose of Meet the Firm is to acquaint our students with the companies who have hired our students in the past and with those companies who are just finding out about the talents and ambitions of our graduates. Not all companies that attend our Meet the Firm are looking to fill job openings. Although many companies come to seek qualified students, the OM&IS Meet the Firm is an event that provides an opportunity for students to learn about the diversity of opportunities available -- whether they are open now or in the future.
The OM&IS Meet the Firm is an excellent opportunity to display materials on your company and to talk to students interested in the fields of operations management, logistics, and/or information systems. All of our majors are strongly encouraged to attend this event, so you will have the chance to speak with our juniors and seniors as well as some freshmen and sophomores.
As an added feature, we will be inviting students in the Business Administration and Management majors to attend our event as well.
