The College of Business at Northern Illinois University is proud to have achieved continuous accreditation since 1969. Our faculty and staff, under the leadership of Dean Denise Schoenbachler and Associate Dean Paul Prabhaker, are key components to our continued success.
In accordance with the AACSB International Strategic Management Standards, each year (during the spring semester) the Strategic Planning Council (SPC) formally recommends annual college goals for the following academic year. These recommended goals emanate from the work of the SPC action teams for the current year and subsequently are submitted to the Strategic Planning Council at-large for review, approval, and forwarding to the NIU College of Business Dean and/or appropriate standing body - College Senate/College Curriculum Committee/College Council - or administrative office for adoption, implementation, and financial resources (where applicable).
