David & Diane Graf Rockford Endowed Scholarship
The David & Diane Graf Rockford Endowed Scholarship will award scholarships to both new freshmen and transfer students who are residents of the greater Rockford area and meet the following criteria:
Freshmen
- Freshmen who meet NIU Admissions criteria and are applying as full-time students to the College of Business.
- Must be a resident of the greater Rockford area (Boone, Winnebago, Ogle, and Stephenson counties).
- Achieve an ACT score of 22 or higher.
- Achieve a 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0) or higher in high school per transcript. Please provide copy of transcript.
- Demonstrate proven leadership ability through extracurricular activities (school related and/or community service).
Transfer
- Transfer students who meet NIU Admissions criteria and are applying to the College of Business (DeKalb or Rockford Campuses).
- Must be a resident of the greater Rockford area (Boone, Winnebago, Ogle, and Stephenson counties).
- Achieve a 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA through fall semester of 2009. Must send copies of transcripts from all transferring institutions attended through fall semester of 2009. Decisions will be made during spring semester 2010.
- Demonstrate proven leadership ability through extracurricular activities (school related and/or community service).
