Natalie Tatiana Churyk, PhD, is the Caterpillar Professor of Accountancy at Northern Illinois University. She teaches in the undergraduate and L.M.A.S. programs as well as developing and delivering continuing professional education in Northern Illinois University's CPA Review program.
Dr. Churyk is a CPA and a member of the American Accounting Association, the AICPA, and the Illinois CPA Society. She serves on state and national committees relating to education and student initiatives, including the American Accounting Association's Teaching Learning and Curriculum Section (Treasurer and Strategic Planning Committee Member) Midwest Region (Vice-President - Academic & Program Chair).
Dr. Churyk is a member of the editorial review boards of Journal of Forensic & Investigative Accounting and Journal of Accounting Education. She is a co-author on three textbooks, Accounting and Auditing Research: Tools and Strategies, Mastering the FASB's Codification and eIFRS: A Case Approach, and Accounting & Auditing Research and Databases: Practitioner's Desk Reference and a contributor to Wiley CPA Exam Review: Financial Accounting and Reporting.
