Assistant Professor in Information Systems

Responsibilities

  • Conducting university courses for undergraduate and graduate students in business information systems, such as systems analysis and design, predictive modeling and big data analytics.
  • Teaching the courses within the prescribed curriculum
  • Preparing and delivering lectures to students
  • Compiling, administering and grading examinations.
  • Posting grades, course syllabi and other materials.
  • Advising students on academic curricula
  • Serving on faculty committees as assigned by the university
  • Completing research in the Operations Management and Information Systems area.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree or foreign degree equivalent in business or information systems.
  • Pre-employment background check
  • Verification of eligibility to work in US required.
