Resources and Tips for Recruiting Our Students
We're grateful that many employers contact us seeking interns. However, we cannot guarantee applicants, and we're unable to send an email blast for every internship posting. Students must review postings and select those for which they wish to apply. A clear job description is critical to attract qualified candidates.
Unpaid internships must meet the criteria in the U.S. Department of Labor test for unpaid interns.
Paid internships typically attract more candidates. If needed, our internship coordinators can provide guidance on establishing rates of compensation.
Summer interns are typically recruited the fall prior. Participating in our on-campus recruitment activities will increase the quality of your applicant pool.
